UMAC up 8% pre-market looks like the clean continuation

Devil's advocate

If I were walking this down to a level, an 8% pre-market pop on thin volume is exactly the bait I would set. The organic-looking ramp is the tell, not the proof.

Too perfect. This is exactly the kind of chart that is engineered to fool the screeners.

What is working

  • You wait for real drawdowns instead of buying strength.

  • Overnight FOMO pulls you into spikes you would never buy in daylight.

You are better than your worst trades, Leonard. The pattern is not greed, it is not wanting to miss the move. We can build a rule around that.

Is this what you meant?

That is the cockpit. Below it, on the real page, sits the full list of all nineteen ideas from the call, each one marked live, in progress, or on the list. Thank you, Leonard. Let us build this thing right.

Leonard, the full review board

For Leonard

Here is how our call landed in the platform.

Every card below is one of your ideas, turned into a real feature. Read how I took it and tell me the truth: if it is in the spirit of what you meant, mark it. If it is off, say so and tell me what is missing. I build from your notes.

The Strategist (second brain)

The centerpiece you and I both want: a dashboard that reads the market for you and always argues the other side.

Daily market brief

On the list
You wanted one place that says: here is everything that moved in the last X hours, here are a few trade ideas, and here is something worth reading.

A morning brief at the top of the app: overnight movers, fresh setups pulled from your watchlists, and one deeper read, refreshed before the open.

Contrarian / market-maker lens

On the list
Your core instinct: if I were a whale gently walking the market down 5% at a time to the perfect technical level, what would I do here? And the meme-coin story: a chart can be engineered to look organic just to fool the screeners.

Every idea ships with a devil's-advocate read that stress-tests the setup and flags the too-perfect ones, so you never take the bait a manipulated chart is laying.

Signals and alerts (your edge)

The specific things you watch by hand every morning, done automatically and better.

Sell-off-from-high alert

On the list
When a connected company sells off more than 10% from its all-time or 90-day high, alert me so I can buy in at an acceptable price.

Per-name drawdown alerts off the ATH and 90-day high, with the level you would want to step in at pre-set.

Political / contract radar

On the list
Scrape the ends of the internet for the Trump administration taking equity stakes, contract awards, and business leaders cozying up. The nepotism and the insider track are the real filter. Who is close, versus who is just pandering.

A radar that watches defense contract awards and administration ties, ranks who is positioned to actually win versus who is only pandering, and alerts on new mentions.

Drone supply-chain map

On the list
Go past the drone makers to who supplies the optics, circuit boards, and memory chips, and find the small caps or ETFs positioned underneath them.

A component-layer map under Red Cat, Unusual Machines, and Anduril that surfaces the suppliers and any small-cap or ETF exposure to the same build.

Semiconductor rotation read

On the list
My morning tab is SOXX plus its top ~15 holdings in order, watching how much each drops. What I can't do by hand is weigh how much leverage one ticker has on the ETF. And when everything is within a point either way, that is my wait-and-see day.

SOXX and its top holdings ranked by move, each weighted by its true share of the index, with the flat, everything-within-a-point days flagged as wait-and-see.

Overnight market-maker watch

On the list
The market makers do all the work at perfect levels between 1 and 4am before anyone can trade. That SOXS run to 34 cents at 2am was another $700 I never got to sell into.

An overnight tape that captures the pre-market moves and levels, so the spikes that print before 4am are waiting for you when you wake up.

Conviction tracker

On the list
The drone thesis is a trio of perfection: Unusual Machines builds the internals, Red Cat buys them, and Trump Jr. is in it. And Anduril, Palmer Luckey's company, I have tracked for three years waiting on the IPO.

A pinned board for your high-conviction names with the thesis, the invalidation, and the news that moves them (like Saronic's $500M grant), plus an Anduril IPO watch.

Intuition capture

On the list
Some of it is pure intuition. SoFi was everywhere, advertised right above the door at the exchange, and I thought this is too much. I rarely act on it unless I can't shake it.

A one-tap way to log a gut signal and the reason it caught you, that quietly watches the name and pings you only if the tape starts to confirm it.

Execution and risk (tight protocols)

Every trade goes in with a plan. No wishing, no waiting.

AI trade plan and sizing

In progress
Before I buy, tell me: don't put in 2,500, start with 600 given this condition. Then leg in, leg out, set the stop-losses and take-profits at levels one, two, three, and one button executes it.

A plan builder that sizes the entry to the setup, lays out the scale-in and scale-out, and pre-stages the stops and take-profit legs for one-tap execution once you approve.

No-short guardrail with bear-ETF swap

Built
My hard rule is I never short. So instead I found the leveraged inverse ETFs: SOXS for semis, a -2x bear for an overheated IPO like SpaceX. Same idea, no blow-up risk.

A hard long-only guardrail already runs at the broker. On top of it, when the read turns bearish the app suggests the matching inverse ETF instead of ever putting on a short.

Flatten button

In progress
I want a big red button, maybe gated behind the password, that sells out of everything in two clicks.

A password-gated flatten control that closes the whole book at once. The backend for it is already wired.

Roth cash and T+1 helper

On the list
A Roth can't be a margin account, so I run it as cash. With T+1 settlement I know how much settled cash I can round-trip in a day, and now that the pattern-day-trading limit is gone it's a no-brainer.

A settled-versus-unsettled cash tracker for the cash account, so you always know exactly how much you can round-trip today under T+1.

Rotation ledger

On the list
I'll pull 10k out of Red Cat for a day to play the SOXS setup, bank a couple grand, and rotate it back. Being down 5% on the hold doesn't reflect what I've actually done with that money.

A ledger that tracks capital you rotate out of a conviction hold and back, so a position's real round-trip P&L shows, not just the paper number.

The learning loop (Robin)

The part I'm most excited about: a platform that learns from our mistakes.

Trading-log autopsy and trader profile

In progress
I've kept all these Google Sheets of good and bad trades. I want it to ruthlessly analyze the patterns and give me an honest psychological profile and a score for the kind of trader I am.

Upload the logs and get a hard read on your patterns, a psych profile, and an objective score, powered by the cognition tier already built into Tactician.

Robin warmth layer

On the list
TradeForge felt dry, academic, all jargon. The secret weapon is the Robin protocol, so this reads warm and human instead.

The whole app speaks in plain, warm language and coaches instead of lecturing, so the analysis never reads like a technical manual.

Shared and AI shadow

Trade alongside each other, and watch the AI run its own book.

Shared activity and copy-trade

On the list
If we decide to share our trade activity, put a button that lets me go in at the same price you bought at.

Opt-in shared positions between us, with a copy-trade button that stages your entry at the price the other person got in.

AI shadow book

On the list
Have it theoretically execute its own top one or two ideas at the price it recommended and track them, so I can check later how the AI's own strategy is doing, without the FOMO of feeling like I missed it.

A shadow book where the AI paper-trades its own top ideas at the moment it calls them, tracked over time so you can grade it honestly.

Your access

This is built for you to use independently, not just to watch me use it.

Your own login and broker

On the list
Give me my own secure login and let me connect my own brokerage. And keep it useful even if I don't connect a broker, just watchlists and insights.

A private login gated to just us, with the option to connect your own Alpaca or Interactive Brokers account, or use it broker-free for watchlists and insights.

That is the whole call, captured. Thank you, Leonard. Let's build this thing right.
